You agree that you will not hold SIPL liable for any trading losses or damages incurred from reliance on information found on the website.

2. KYC and Consents

To access any investment solution, you must provide necessary KYC documents. You declare that you have not been involved in unlawful activities and have not been declared a defaulter by SEBI.

3. Refund Policy

Given the nature of the investments in Corporate Bonds, refunds and cancellations are not applicable for orders that have been successfully placed and settled.

4. Grievance Redressal

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts and tribunals in Bengaluru shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
